Yes, I am! With the help of a Miracle Book as I like to call it!
Organic foods are actually not some “super” foods, they are natural foods. The same type of food enjoyed by humans for thousands of years until fertilizers and genetic engineering came along.
On June 3rd, I went to my doctor and I told her that even though I exercise and eat, what I thought , a balanced diet I still complain ALL the time about aches here and there, and I’m young!
She did not tell me I need a major blood work done, she just asked me what I ate, and when I began listing the things I eat, she would ask “Organic or not?” I would always say I don’t know because, frankly, I do not! :-/
She told me just to try to eat at least 75% of foods that are organic or natural. She told me to buy buy only meat and poultry products that have “USDA Organic” seal on the package or if they are imported from Europe or Australia/New Zealand.
When I got home, I started researching online, looking for some plan or something to switch to “organic” or rather natural diet and stop filling myself with toxic chemicals. I have come along many free resources and you can find them on the web, but one thing I found was ” How to go Organic or natural in 10 Easy, Affordable Steps ” One of the catchy words in that book’s name is “affordable”! I know it is easy, but i was SCARED that it would be expensive!
That book is a must have for ANYONE who is looking for a comprehensive guide and tips on how to go organic and how to eventually improve the health of everyone in your family! The book is my new Bible

PS: It is almost a month since I went organic and I can really say that I feel much better! More lively, my skin begins to clear up a bit and my digestive problems began diminishing just 4 days after I began my 100% organic lifestyle.
